HAZ Mat Training announced- CBS

Fire and Emergency Services in conjunction with the Conception Bay South Fire Department is pleased to offer zardous materials training in CBS this fall. Hazardous materials incidents require response by qualified personnel which can be addressed by training to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 472. This is the Standard for Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents.
Firefighters who will be attending the Firefighter I program at the fall training School should take advantage of this opportunity to meet the prerequisite requirements.
