2010 Brief to the Ministers of the  Social Policy Committee of Cabinet

The 2010 brief above was presented on two separate occasions to government. The first was February 16, 2010 to Municipal Affairs Minister Dianne Whelan along with FES staff. The second time was February 23,2010 to the Social Policy Committee (SPC) of Cabinet.
