The annual conference for the Newfoudland and Labrador Association of Fire Services will be held in St. John's on June 29, 30- July 1, 2012

Planning for this year's convention is already well underway. At Convention 2009 held at  the Delta in St. John's you voted that it was the best venue ever for an annual conference. Therefore, this  year's convention will be again held at the Delta Hotel and Conference Centre on June 29-30 and July 1-2, 2012 . Please budget accordingly.

This year’s convention registration will remain at $ 300.00 per delegate and $ 100.00 for partners.  

Hotel room rates: (first come, first served)

Delta Room- $ 189.00 per night (we have 111 of these)

Delta Premier- $ 209.00 per night (harbour view) ( we have 57 of these)

Delta Deluxe- $ 219.00 per night (we have 4 of these)

All hotel bookings must be made through the Association  Office – our convention hotel requires us to provide a listing of the number of rooms booked out of our 172 rooms allotment 60 days prior to our Convention.  Therefore, to guarantee  that you get a hotel room at the Convention Hotel you must return your registration form by April 20, 2012.  

Even if you do not know the names of your delegates that are attending the  convention by April 20 2012, please make sure that you book the required number of rooms for your department by contacting Marlene at 709-651-2361 or email nlafcff@nf.sympatico.ca.
