Just visited the St. Joseph's All Grade in Terrenceville on the Burin Peninsula this afternoon, Thursday, February 23rd. Thank you to the Terrenceville Volunteer Firefighters who joined me for the presentations - Fire Chief Leo Cox, Assistant Chief Wally Clarke and Firefighter Charlene Clarke. The students had an enjoyable afternoon. Thank you for the welcome!

Hello everyone,
Welcome to 2017. January has been a busy month for our LNTB Program. I travelled to Gander for a week and spent the rest of the month in the schools on the Avalon Peninsula. Some of my presentations had to be cancelled due to weather, but overall it was a good month for travel. Schools continue to be very supportive of our program, and this is evident by their eagerness to book presentations at the schools. Many thanks to Kerry Power and the staff at the NL911 Bureau for their continued support, and the giveaways for the students which certainly helps to enhance our program. Again, if I can be of assistance to your Fire Departments, please notify me by cell - 424 3624 or by my e-mail. Thank you and stay safe! |
